"Exceptional"

We stayed at The Sandrock for 3 nights while visiting friends. The room was cosy and comfortable with gorgeous pillows and duvet the ones that hug you!!. You are able to control the heating in your room and the windows opened a reasonable amount, which was great for me as I prefer fresh air. The rooms were cleaned daily and left smelling lovely and clean. Breakfast consisted of cereals, fruit juices, tea, coffee, toast, full english and a veggie full english. These were cooked to order, so they were pipping hot and fresh. I definitely recommend staying here and as I will be the next time I visit my friends.

"SUPER CLEAN WITH A TASTY FRESH BREAKFAST 10/10"

EVERYTHING WAS 10/10 REALLY SUPER CLEAN BREAKFAST TASTY, PIPING HOT AND COOKED TO ORDER. COULD NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING. DONT STAY AT THE PREMIER INN STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Denise and her family are the best. Everything was fantastic. We travel every year from the USA and never consider staying anywhere else in Clacton as you cannot fault the Sandrock guesthouse . The breakfast is consistently cooked perfectly and the back bacon is the best ! The room was warm with a kettle, tea,coffee and water supplied.Plenty of hot water. The room was exceptionally clean with plenty of space for hanging clothes. The location is perfect and is on a side road off the seafront across the road from the beach. It is a perfectly quiet location but in the centre of the town and easy walking distance to Clacton pier and shops.
