Casa Del Porto

We had the blue suite. Just like new and a wonderful view of the old harbor from the balcony. Everything worked great. I definitely recommend!

The location was everything, cools watch the hustle and bustle of the old harbour from our balcony. Perfect for late afternoon sunshine. The whole apartment was immaculate, the shower better than home, and lovely responsive owners.

I love everything about Casa Del Porto. The accommodation is in a prime location overlooking the harbour/marina with amazing sights of the boats coming and hustle and bustle of daily life. Literally just yards away is a selection of the finest local eateries with a fine selection of traditional Greek food. For me though, it starts with the apartment so much so, I kinda preferred to stay in than go out😅. Extremely clean, highly presentable, sleek design and decor, it is stocked with all one needs for an amazing stay. Take the bathroom for example, stocked with enough various toiletries there really is no need to bring much of your own. The amazing jet stream shower is a welcome addition to soothing oneself after a long day of adventures or just walking around Chania old town. The main bedroom area has a beautiful large crisp clean bed, complete with enough storage for two. Safe is included for items requiring safe storage. A large tv allows one to view Netflix, AmazonPrime and YouTube as well as traditional Greek tv channels. Offside to the bed is the dining and kitchen area which I love 🥰 WoW!! This allowed me to cook if I wanted or just to warm up food bought from a local cafe or restaurant. Coffee machine is included, kettle on request with enough dishes, cutlery, pot/pan etc to be self sufficient. Konstantina was so kind to even include a beautiful complimentary ice cold bottle of raki and water in the fridge🥰. I don’t expect it, but it was a beautiful welcome surprise and start to my stay🥰. Beyond the dining/kitchen area is a beautiful balcony with amazing views of the harbour/marina and I spent many an evening with a nice cold glass off wine just relaxing and watching the world go by🥰. As a solo traveller, I felt totally safe here having to go through a secure gate, up marvellous marble stairs and through another secure door before reaching the door to my apartment. This is important for me to feel comfortable and relaxed ☺️.

We liked the location, in the heart of the port! Close to everything like shops, restaurants and cafes!

We had the back bottom room and for us that was lovely. Not a balcony but nice and secluded/quiet, and the apartment is in the best location. Less than 1 min walk to the waterfront! The staff were lovely, apartment was super cute and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Only one thing is the host called quite a few times (to sort check in and transfers so legit reasons) but we were already on holiday so preferred to message. But still, super lovely host/staff and not a big issue.

Everything was perfect! Our host couldn't have been more accomodating. The location was exceptional!

The apartment was in an amazing location overlooking the harbour. It was beautifully clean and exceeded our expectations in every way. The host was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do. We loved our stay in Chania and would definitely return to Casa Del Porto Green Suite!

There was nothing not to like at all.
