Absolutely everything was amazing from the initial booking until departing. As soon as we booked we received a beautiful message by the owner to thank us from booking. Along the way prior to our arrivals weeks in advance Konstantina was messaging us to keep us informed and updated and giving advice for our arrival. Absolutely amazing service felt so welcome. As soon as we arrived (we had a very late check in) konstantina sent staff to open and they were all so amazing and helped us with all our luggage and explained everything in the room. Everyday we got even better service the cleaner Eleni is also sooooo amazing and nice. Even arranged a taxi so we can depart. We could not have had a better stay. The location is amazing and right in the middle of the old town it's incredible and the views insane. Thank you so so much team you were all so amazing you will be our go to location from now on. 💯 that's for the hospitality and trully showing what Cretans are like. Omg the bed was also so so comfortable and the room so modern and cute. Omg I almost forgot about the about shower. Hydro showers absolutely amazing .

Very modern great location amazing staff

The room was perfectly located and decorated with flair and comfort in mind. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with local recommendations. We will definitely stay again.

The only minor thing was a better hairdryer. I survived.

Loved our stay in Chania at this wonderful boutique hotel. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful and I would definitely stay here again. Chania is a charming city, full of helpful and friendly people.

The property has prime location in the port but some bars have opening hours until 4 am so good earplugs are needed.

Great apartment, great location, so handy to everything cafes , bars, old town and boats. Lovely caring staff. Stunning views.

Bit noisy some nights but didn't stop us sleeping

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, being very close to the sea, port, bars, clubs, and numerous restaurants. The room was impeccably clean quiet and comfortable with a modern bath. Mrs. Konstantina and her husband were exceptional hosts, providing excellent service from days before our arrival in Chania. They made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Everything was perfect.

Casa del Porto is the parfect stay in Chania. Ditectly on the old Harbour you pratically feel over the Sea lying on your bed. The suite is magnificent, large, beautiful, super clean. A special mention to the shower in the bathroom. Balcon has the most privilegied view to the sea and on the movida. Konstantina and her staff were so lovely from first to last moment. Highly recommended.

Everithing was perfect

The hotel is in great condition, with a very central location. The shower is very nice, and the room was always very clean. The air conditioning also worked great.

The blue room is directly above a bar that is open until 4 am every night. We slept max 4 hours per night due to how loud the bar was. We took gravol, and used noise cancelling headphones, and could STILL hear the music. The bar owner is very friendly, and bought us food and drinks to make up for the noise. I think the bar opened a few years ago, so good reviews prior to this would not have had the noise issue. We measured the noise in our room at midnight, and it was 107 db with all window shutters closed.

We stayed for 4 days in the pink suite and we loved the fact that it was at the city centre and at the same time so quiet. We literally just walked 10 steps and we were at the most beautiful part of the old town. The room was big and had everything we needed for the days that we stayed there. The staff was so friendly and welcoming even tho we arrived late at night and they suggested a lot of places. They even helped us to find some keys that we forgot to our room after our check out. There is public parking nearby that we could park. We really recommend choosing this place for your stay in Chania. Definitely 10/10
