The house was wonderful: modern, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The attention to detail was outstanding and the view from the master bedroom was amazing. The location is excellent, just a short drive from Buttermere and the surrounding fells, making it ideal for hiking and exploring. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond by waiting for our late arrival and taking the time to show us around the property.

Honestly, nothing. It's a fantastic property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would happily stay here again.

We chose this property because it offered a breakfast and based on the reports of lovely views. Unfortunately due to ill health in the family there was no cooked breakfast and the view is marred by caravan storage. A heads up about the breakfast would have ensured that we provisioned ourselves prior to arrival. The supplied continental breakfast is pre-packaged, limited and disappointing.

This is a beautifully presented property, finished to a high standard and it is comfortable and spacious. Set in a beautiful part of the world. Janette was friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The complimentary breakfast and Easter chocolate and prosecco were so thoughtful and we really appreciated them. We stayed with friends, and each having our own bedroom with en suite was perfect for us. Cleanliness and comfort were both excellent. We will absolutely return, hopefully for longer next time!

Fantastic stay – modern, spotless, super comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, and a friendly, helpful host. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely touch. Highly recommended.

In a lovely secluded area, don’t hear any outside noise. We stayed in the winter and it lovely and warm for us. It felt like a home and was very spacious.

Amazing hospitality, clean, spacious, everything you’d need was catered for. We were upgraded at no extra cost due to a booking issue. The place was amazing. Would definitely like to return and for longer. Great location too!
