"Perfect so relaxing"

The location was perfect. Have stayed in any hotels and accommodation in the area this is by far the best. Lot of the others the provided pictures flattered them with these the opposite they do not do them justice. So much space in the accommodation and the facilities were first rate. We opted the optional breakfast and glad we did the produce used were first rate. When next in the area will be my first choice (hopefully reviews like mine will not men it is fully booked)

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful host. Generous welcome hamper. The bed and pillows were of high quality and exceptionally comfortable. Loved watching the birds on the bird feeders close to the windows. Lovely views of the fells in the distance.

Beautiful location with a great, clean, comfortable suite. Everyone was so friendly, even the lovely little sheep greeted us every morning as we left for the day. Can't wait to come back!

"Trip for family wedding"

A basket of continental type breakfast items was provided. A cooked breakfast was available at extra cost. We didn’t partake of the cooked breakfast so unable to comment. But what was provided for continental breakfast was really good. Also starter milk, butter and marmalade provided. Good parking facilities. Very accommodating host. I had booked the wrong dates for our trip and she was incredibly understanding. Excellent base for exploring the western lakes. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Breakfast was great. The owners was friendly, approachable and went out of their way to help others. I.e gave us a lift into town. Helpful information regarding places to go to I.e for food, social. Would definitely recommend, we will definitely book again. I would give this place 5 out of 5.

"A fantastic relaxing property in a beautiful setting only a short drive from all amenities"

Tranquil setting only a short drive from all amenities, lovely clean and spacious accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen and everything you need for a relaxing self-catering break. The outside patio area is a great sun trap, and the comfortable garden lounge chairs were a great bonus! Donna was a welcoming, friendly and professional host during our stay.
