Lovely warm welcome when we arrived and welcome hamper. Very friendly and helpful, told us about parking ect in the centre. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything we needed. Perfect location. Highly recommend. We loved it so much that we have rebooked for July already. Thank you again 😊

Nothing negative, everything was perfect.

Modern, stylish and spacious accommodation. Generous provision of essential foodstuffs including continental breakfast. Quiet and secure environment (at least in January!). Host showed me round and explained things. Good clear instructions on recycling. Plenty of hot water, nice double shower, big comfortable bed, adequate wifi (it's a very rural location so you can't expect it to be very fast).

The bathroom is elegant but the design of the shower is impractical - two big open sides, meaning that the bathroom floor is inevitably wet afterwards. (Three bathmats were provided, and the underfloor heating dries it quite quickly.) Bathroom sink plug wouldn't work. I don't like having no control of the heating - it's effective, but was too warm for me overnight. I searched in vain for an oven glove (a suitable old cloth was available) and bought my own scourer for washing up. Slight confusion in the 'information' about the wifi password - what the host told me was correct, but the documentation contradicted it.

Absolutely fantastic property! The facilities were amazing and the property was really beautiful. Fantastic location, so close to Cockermouth and also so close to the Lakes and Mountains

Absolutely beautiful! Cannot wait to stay again, hopefully in the spring or summer when the weather’s nicer. Cannot recommend it enough!

I had asked if we could change our booked room to one of the apartments but at the time they were all booked. When we arrived though the owner had adjusted things so that we could stay in the garden apartment. So nice of her and the apartment was perfect! Thank you so much.

The owners of Greysonside were excellent host's, even when I forgot to book a taxi to the nearby wedding venue we were going to Andrew drove us there even lending Bill a tie. We cannot thank them enough.

Nothing, my only personal preference would be grapefruit available for breakfast like there was in the past.
