Bon Maison Guest House

The room was extremely clean and cozy. Very convenient location on bourbon st where we felt both safe and comfortable. With Mardi Gras we couldn’t even hear the festivities late into the night! The courtyard was so pretty and full of plants (big plant lovers here lol)

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like.

The location is perfect, just outside of the crazy zone. From our interior courtyard room, we didn't hear any of the festivities. The courtyard itself was oozing with charm.

Only one coffee mug and one blanket were supplied for two guests. The sofa bed did not have sheets that fit. When I asked for proper supplies, I was told to look harder to find them and just turn the heat up in lieu of getting a blanket that first night. Some customer service training is in order. The key box was aggravating too.

Location was nice. Right on Bourbon St but down just enough out of the main party area. Walking distance to everything

The internet was not great. Movies pause often throughout. We u see stood the check out time and didn’t need 4 emails and 4 text messages reminding us.

The location was great and the beds were comfortable. Despite being so close to Bourbon St, we could hardly hear anything.

The people were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful – flooded with natural light, tastefully decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable! The location was great too: right in the heart of the vibrant French Quarter, just steps away from delicious restaurants, music, and the unique energy of New Orleans.

The location was absolutely perfect right on Bourbon Street by all of the action… So many restaurants, shops, and close to the Mardi Gras parade that I went to, which was the reason I wanted to stay since it was in walking distance!! I love how responsive they were and made sure that I had any questions I had asked, especially on where to park… I had no issues with my car and I know that it’s a safe area to keep it for a 24 hour period. This was a beautiful building and it was tucked away from the loud noise so I was able to sleep easily.

I just wish they had reserved parking somewhere for guests
