Bon Maison Guest House

The location was good and quiet the space was large enough to accommodate our party of 4. If the owners put a little money into fixing the place up it wouldn’t be half bad.

The add says AC harder this place didn’t have AC, there was one in the living room but it was broken and in the June heat of New Orleans it was very very hot and they did nothing to help. Not send someone to fix it, put in another, literally nothing but tell me to use the fans. The rugs all had stains, the shower curtain was moldy, the kitchen table was destroyed, chair was broken and not the ones shown in the picture, pillows were ripped with stuffing coming out, the place was filthy and the foreigner that answers the phone did nothing to help and could not grasp that the main issue was no AC. I even said put us in a different room anything with ac and nope, no help. We sweat the entire time and at $700 for 2 nights, let’s just say I was pissed. We encountered several others staying there that had similar issue with not being able to get the keys, hot in their room and we even had to let someone staying there from the UK use our phone to call and complain because they didn’t have a US number. Would never use booking.com again I sent pictures and proof that this was false advertising and not like the site reads and they said sorry nothing we can do.

New property manager who seems on top of her game. Thanks Missy. Much cleaner and fresher than prior stays.

The property was great and the staff was supportive and responsive when I had questions. I liked having a little kitchenette and coffee in the morning. The garden was cute and all the other guests I ran into were friendly.

I really enjoyed the property.

The location directly above Bourban Street is great, the view is awesome, at night when all the signs light up . And just a small walk and your there in the middle of live music and awsome food.

The bathroom could use some more Attention while cleaning and it would be nice to have plain Coffee without artificial flavors. The room Had No daylight due to No windows

Very good position to visit the city by foot. The apartment is calm, the rooms are big and everything is very clean. It was a pleasure to return home to a fresh apartment with air conditioning after a day in the humid weather. Good communication with the owners, easy check in. Good equipment in the kitchen and bathroom. We were with a baby of 19 months and he enjoyed the house as well.
