The location

It was dirty, smelt like there was a moisture problem in the room, and the bathroom was in need of repair and to be deep cleaned.

Fantastic location, very quiet room despite being right on the Bourbon street. Excellent access to the courtyard. Very convenient for those who travel with pets due to proximity to the Armstrong park and the waterfront area. Highly responsive host that addressed all our questions and provided parking recommendations, as we traveled by car. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

"Do not recommend"

Excellent location

We booked 2 nights, after the first night we received several messages that the key had not yet been returned. In addition, there is no window in the room and the room is not ventilated. There is a heavy smell of being closed and old. If I had known in advance I would not have booked this hotel,

Location was optimal, in the ideal part of the quarter and everything is very walkable! Courtyard is beautiful. My room was B which is closest to the street (lively Bourbon Street mind you!) and it was still pretty quiet at night. I'm a solo traveller and I still felt safe and it was so nice being a close walk to everything in the quarter. Everything was about a 20 min walk away or less. Felt like a local in the mornings.

Booking.com description was a little misleading in regards to the room in regards to balconies. Thought I was getting a balcony and booked for that reason. But in the end I didn't even care! My location was so good and the room was nice.
