Als je in polonnaruwa wil verblijven dan kan ik je deze accomodatie enorm aanbevelen. De kamer op zich is basic maar voor die prijs kun je ook geen grote luxe verwachten. Onbetaalbaar is de enorme gastvrijheid van deze lieve dame. Niets is haar teveel. Altijd met een glimlach. We kregen een fantastische maaltijd zowel in de avond als ‘‘s morgens. Ze gaf ons goeie tips om de omgeving te verkennen. Ze stelde ons voor om een jeepsafari te doen met een privéchauffeur in het park hurulu eco parc. Wat een fantastische ervaring voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. De chauffeur/gids gaf ons een onvergetelijke ervaring. Ik kan dit alleen maar aanraden! Als we ooit nog teruggaan naar Sri Lanka dan kom ik hier zeker terug! ❤️

Joli guesthouse bien situé au calme et proche des principales attractions. Accueil très souriant de la propriétaire. Chambre confortable et propre. Très bon petit-déjeuner.

Ajouter 10% de service au petit-déjeuner dans un guesthouse est un peu mesquin. Certes cela ne représente que 0,80€ pour 2 mais c’est juste pour le principe.

Everything was great! The view to the rice field is incredible. It’s close to the main road but yet so quiet. It feels in the middle of Nature with so many birds and a few monkeys around. The food was delicious. Our breakfast was fried egg, toast, coconut roti, fruit, fresh juice and sweet crepes. For dinner the host prepared a delicious Sri Lankan curry set, the best we had in Sri Lanka. We loved the host, she was very friendly and helpful giving us good suggestions. We also had two bicycles ready for us on arrival, so we could explore the town straight away. Overall great place.

If anything there were a few ants/insects in the room, but that’s to be expected and nothing to keep us up at night.
