Beautiful view over rice paddy and dinner was exceptional

The shower wasn’t great!

Location brilliant, near ships and restaurant’s and 5 minutes to museum for ancient site. Lake also 5 minutes a way, beautiful for stroll by especially as sun sets. View from balcony over rice fields great , especially as there is a bat fly by at 6.30pm, hundreds fill the sky. Also great for watching birds,

Trade off with great view from the end room is wifi very weak , at times nothing and there are 2 air- con extractors on outer wall which go on and off the whole time, found it annoying at night when trying to sleep

Top Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage. Alles sehr gepflegt, Zimmer tiptop sauber. Große Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung und schönem Sitzbereich vor dem Eingang. Die Familie ist so nett und hilfsbereit, sehr angenehm. Optional gibt es auch ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Absolute Empfehlung 🤩

The owners and staff. All were so kind. I had an accident in the ancient site and the owner was so amazing and fetched me from there. And he and his wife were so considerate in ensuring that I had what I needed and was ok.

On the whole all was good but the drains, as is hardly unusual in Sri Lanka, left a bit to be desire. I actually extended my stay there.

Accueil exceptionnel, cuisine familiale délicieuse et particulièrement copieuse. Organisation d'excursions sur le lac un peu chères mais bien.

离车站只有几分钟的步行路程，在一个入口有条小溪流还有一大群猴子的村庄里，背靠一大片稻田。很幸运我就住在这个稻田观景房里，这片稻田实在美不胜收。在设施方面，男客旅馆可以说是民宿的典范，卫浴用品齐全，还按宾馆标准准备了大小两条浴巾，更不用说干净卫生也做得很优秀。老板娘为客人准备的斯里兰卡地道蔬菜为主的晚餐和早餐简直物超所值，尤其是晚餐，就像是日本的精进料理，色香味俱全，然而2000+10%服务费的晚餐，1500+10%服务费的早餐，性价比实在太划算了。就算不懂斯里兰卡菜肴，也会为老板娘的细心安排和展现所感动。老板和老板娘的服务也没的说，关心每一个客人的感受。可以说，这段男客旅馆的住宿经历，是我斯里兰卡旅行的最大惊喜。只要来波隆纳鲁沃，男客旅馆必然是第一流的选择。

为什么叫男客旅馆呢？明明我看到好几对夫妻也住进来的，叫这个名字很容易被误以为只接待男宾，会把单身女游客拒之门外的。 床还是偏软，不过我在阿努拉德普勒住的床，比这更软。

L'accueil et le sourire des hôtes. Le petit déjeuner et dîner sont excellents. Les activités proposées (tour en bateau, location de vélos) sont supers. Très propre et très bien placé.
