Lovely owners. Quiet property in a local neighborhood. Nice balcony and courtyard. Easy to get everywhere without being directly downtown. Comfortable and very clean.

Staff is very welcoming and provided excellent recommendations and helped us get good prices on tours and taxis. I truly felt like a guest and they make a very nice breakfast.

I found the bed very uncomfortable, it is a very hard mattress. It is a bit far from the town and while there are free bicycles available for use, it was inconvenient to get back and forth.

Wi-Fi could have been a bit better in the room, however the positives more than outweigh that.

Super friendly family running this guesthouse, the rooms are clean and comfortable. You can either walk from here to the historic city centre in 30 minutes or take one of the bicycles provided for free

The hosts are a very nice and helpful, we loved the place and would love to visit again in the future.

No fridge in the room , but there’s one downstairs in the breakfast area which one could use, but everything else was perfect.

The hosts are wonderful - they live on site, and make sure you have everything you. Loved the family style breakfast served anytime between 7:30 - 10:30; its great for meeting new people, and spending time getting to know the hosts. I also had the BEST shower to date in Southeast Asia, and the room is comfortable and quiet making sleep easy. You’re slightly outside of the main strip of Luang Prabang, but the bikes on-site are nicer than most rentals and make it easy and convenient to get around. Being slightly outside of the main drag also ensures you’ll explore other parts of the city.

Nothing - everything was great, would definitely stay here when I visit Luang Prabang again.

Owner put a great amount of attention into making our stay a comfortable one. Location isn’t bad, it’s a 15/20 minute cycle ride into the town with complimentary bicycles.

Limited breakfast options but still delicious. Would be good with some fresh juice options

Amazing hotel - super extremely helpful and lovely staff. Rooms are cleaned every day & beds are comfy. Beautiful building and 15 min walk from the center. Go there! We loved it
