Ac was not properly working, only one staff. No Food facility, not even tea is served.

Very neat n clean room,24 hrs water n power supply. Good service by,he staff mr.kumar. The hotel room is very close to beach, resturant and bus stop.

Just I'm expecting is morning coffee/Tea.

The aircon in our room did not work properly. Owner was almost too helpful always offering other services, taxi, etc.

The location was good and one member of staff, Mr. Kumar, was helpful. There was hot water as advertised and the WiFi was very good.

I initially got given a room that was filthy. The room stank of cigarettes, and the mattress cover had burn holes all over it. The pillows were really grim too and there were some really suspicious stains over the covers (as if they hadn't been washed). When I complained, an older member of staff told me "you got the budget room, you need to pay more for a different room" (I don't know why "budget" means unclean...). Then they proceeded to show me an A/C room that was 3k (and really not worth it - it was basically double what I paid in Pondicherry for a very nice room with breakfast). When a younger member of staff came along and tried to resolve it, I showed him the room I was assigned and he tried telling me the stains were part of the mattress cover design (!!!) and didn't seem phased by the pillow which was brown all over. Eventually, he agreed to give me another room which was cleaner but not that clean either. At this point, I was too tired to move so thankfully I carry a pillow cover and sleeping bag which I used. I've travelled India for the past 2 months and this was the worst experience with accommodation I've had. I really hope this was an isolated experience but judging by the other recent reviews, it is not.
