The property is located just steps from the beach…Zicatela. There are lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. It’s just 15-20min walk on the beach to get to La Punta.

The was not as advertised. It had no decoration on the wall, the sheets were worn out and torn, it has toothpaste spit on the mirror in the bathroom and the kitchen was not equipped at all. The garden was unkept and everything even the lobby was very dirty. I am surprised booking.com represents this property.

The host was kind and provided us with wine glasses for the room and gave us a blanket when asked. These things should have been there already but she was nice about it.

Very quiet and peaceful. The private balcony and hammock with a view of the ocean made my stay very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great with easy access to the beach as well as to the shops, restaurants, and clubs along the waterfront. While I didn’t use them, there was a refrigerator, cooking appliance, sink, dishware, etc, available for eating in.
