"A quiet and peaceful place to stay when visiting Newcastle-under-Lyme"

My reason for staying at this hotel was that it was close to where I wanted to go. Also I had stayed here once before and found it a very pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is also easy to come and go at any time of the day or night, without needing a member of staff to be in attendance.

Really comfy bed. Very clean. Fridge and hot drink making facilities. Fresh milk. Own ensuite facilities. Parking outside. Warm friendly welcome.

The hot tap on the bath/shower was really difficult to turn off and as the water was very hot, I had to move quickly to avoid burning my feet.
