The location was a 15min walk from the town centre. The room looked out over a park. The room itself was clean, warm and pleasant. The owner friendly and helpful. Breakfast great. Nothing to not like.

From the start I sensed this would be a warm welcome. Claudio has refined what it's like to be a hotelier running a superbly clean and warm guest house. Facilities are excellent, and it makes a change looking out onto greenery rather than brickwork! Highly recommended!

I stayed here a couple of years ago. Since then there have been a few tweaks but broadly it has retained all the good features; affordable, clean, very tasty breakfast, quiet and a very pleasantly efficient owner.

I was not keen on having a shared bathroom. But during both of my stays it wasn’t an issue. I never saw anyone when I went for a shower. Two showers and two toilets seems to be plenty for the number of rooms.
