"Excellent value for the money!"

Highly recommend staying here while in Middlesbrough. A lovely guest house with comfortable and clean facilities located near a park and a short walk from the University and main streets. Best of all is the breakfast and the management: excellent and warm service to the guests provided by Claudio.

Claudio was the best host making sure of my arrival time on my way He went out of his way to givr me early breakfast as i needed to leave for 7am Nothing was no trouble Definitely coming back

Comfortable, nice room

I’d have preferred an en suite rather than a separate bathroom ( it was private to me, though) but was only room left when I booked and I did know about it in advance.

Very friendly welcome and noticed how clean and quite the acommodation was. It felt nice and warm too. The breakfast was excellent and the perfect way to start the day. Checking out was hassle free
