Claudio went above and beyond to make sure the stay was smooth. Responded to email very quickly and even let us get into our room early as I needed to be in town. Stayed before and I’ll stay again!

"This is an excellent, well run guest house and should we be back in Middlesbrough we would return."

The owner was very helpful from start to finish. The breakfast was available from 0700 and was very good. We were able to remain in the lounge until after the checkout time as we had an appointment later in the day. Restricted parking in the street outside was not a problem as we were given a parking permit.

Nothing from our point of view.

It was my second time staying here. It is a very well looked after traditional bed and breakfast where you can enjoy a good night's sleep and an excellent breakfast to set you up for the day.

This Guest House was so clean! The mattress was really comfortable, I asked for the room with the view of the park, it was so nice. Really decent size for a single. The staff/owner was helpful, friendly, informative, helpfully put a hairdryer in my room. The breakfast was nice and actually good orange juice too. There's a lounge with lots of seats, a TV and books. The place is a nice temperature.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about. If I need to go to Middlesbrough again, I'm booking this place!
