Claudio was a lovely friendly & accommodating host. Exceptionally clean guest house. Lovely breakfast cooked to order. We were in Middlesborough for a wedding & he offered a later checkout.

Great value for money, parking, spotless everywhere, really nice breakfast, friendly host. We felt very comfortable there and would definitely stay again if we're in the area. The host let us use the room until 12 on our check out day which was really appreciated :)

I have not stayed here for 6/7 years exactly the same high quality lovely and clean and a parking permit for van on arrival and a lovely breakfast . I won’t leave it as long next time . David

Location was excellent only a short taxi ride from railway station and football ground which was the reason for my visit. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

Would have been better if my team had won!!
