Reception was not good. She couldnt even use a calculater. Lights in the rooms were very poor. Loose tiles at the bath shower. The switch ove handle was broken. The door of Deft was dirty.

The scenery was amazing

The hotel didn't have a restaurant so couldn't get food upon arrival even during dinner, had to drive out. My room was very smelly, it had a damp smell which was very unpleasant. It had smelt like pee. The towels were also not clean No fan or Air conditioner, it got so hot😢

Very peaceful location tucked back by a pond surrounded by greenery and visited by many birds. Staff was very friendly and attentive, and even offered dinner room service to our chalet which was a bit far from the main building. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The road getting to the main building of the resort and the chalets is a bit rough and slippery under rainy conditions. It was very humid (as is to be expected in December when we were there), but there was no aircon or way to dehumidify the room. The hot water heater for our chalet was not very strong, which resulted in some cool-cold showers.

I didn’t have breakfast, I left before breakfast dia an early meeting. The location is excellent, they have excellent facilities.
