Casa Monika

La ubicación es super buena, a solo unos 10-15 min de la playa, pero lo suficientemente lejos para no escuchar el ruido de la calle principal. Es muy bonito y acogedor, volvería a quedarme aquí.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The fan cools the room well, and the bathroom is also spacious, although the shower does not have strong water pressure and there is no hot water.

On the negative side, a lot of light comes into the room in the morning, and there is quite a lot of noise from the adjacent lot, where there are chickens that start crowing early and wake you up even if you’re wearing earplugs — they are literally right next to the room. There is also a building under construction next door, with trucks and vans arriving to unload rubble. On a couple of nights, some hotel guests came back in the middle of the night and started talking loudly by the pool. So for anyone looking to come here to relax, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great location

Right next to building sites with work taking place directly next to the bedroom. This started at 7am so we were woken up by the noise. Bed was small and not comfortable. Kitchen was not very clean and the pool was also dirty.

The hotel is comfortable and clean 10 mins walk to la punta beach The owner is nice and helpful. I had a food poisoning before i arrive the city, she accept my request of early check in at 12 pm, also she checked on me and offered a hot tea

The location is near la punta and restaurants but the road is unpaved and many buildings under construction around. The rooftop view is amazing but noisy because of the construction of the next building

I loved my stay at Casa Monika! The shared kitchen was immaculate and had everything I needed including a full sized refrigerator/ freezer and I loved the French press for coffee each morning. The terrace on the top level was amazing for morning yoga and evening sunset beers. I spent most of my time up there! Monika was there to greet me at check in and was super helpful. The room was gorgeous, clean and modern. The space overall was peaceful and quiet. Thank you!

Czysto, spokojnie i bardzo ładnie, a właścicielka mega sympatyczna i otwarta. Fajna, wyluzowana miejscówka, zdecydowanie polecam!
