"Overall, very happy with our stay."

Location was excellent. Monica was very helpful, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent.

The car park was a bit of a walk with heavy bags and the parking spaces were tight.

Lovely comfortable room, very homely. Great sized bed & nicely decorated. Lovely warm & welcoming host in Monica and her cats. Good sized separate bathroom for private use. Breakfast was served promptly & was hot with a veggie option. Location is just a few minutes walk from the centre of town

It is a main road, which I'm not used to. Having said that it didn't keep me awake.

Friendly owners. Fresh cooked breakfast. Off street parking. Only a few minutes’ walk to riverside pub, which I’d recommend. Who can resist a pie and mash washed down with real ale at The Dirty Duck😊

Excellent location situated 5 minute walk from the centre, perfect for the RSC. Excellent value for money with a delicious breakfast included. Monika is very welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond. Helped us out with an early check in and parking facilities. A must stay if you are ever in or around Stratford.

"Città bella e a misura d’uomo. La prossima volta si cambia Guest House."

Il parcheggio. La colazione ottima. La vicinanza dal centro raggiungibile a piedi.

La pulizia. Nel letto c’erano peli e abbiamo dormito vestiti. Abbiamo messo le nostre Magliette infilate sui cuscini a Mó di federa… Bagno fatiscente, Dispenser del sapone allungato con acqua!

"Great welcome and quiet stay in central Stratford Upon Avon."

Lovely welcome on arrival and friendly interactions throughout my stay. Room was quiet, at the top of the house. Breakfast choices were great and served at the time of your choice. Really close to the centre of Stratford and all that it has to offer. 10 minute walk from the station.

Private bathroom was across the corridor. Next time, I would have an ensuite.
