Location very central for walking to attractions no more than 15 mins for furthest, mostly 10 mins. Rooms very clean and comfortable, breakfast superb. Monica a supper host so helpful couldn’t have done enough to make our stay so enjoyable

There was a very warm, friendly welcome. The room was small but very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were treated like friends which we liked. We also had very nice breakfasts. We wanted to be within walking distance of the theatre as this was our reason for visiting Stratford, and it was a pleasant walk. We would recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Stratford. Great location, parking and a lovely breakfast to start day

The landlady was fantastic, very friendly and happy to meet our needs, the room was clean comfortable, breakfast was lovely with fresh local produce.

One of the beds was slightly sagging, and it could be a little noisy from the street at times.

I found the second staircase up to Room 6 just a little steep and narrow. Next time I would book a room on the ground or first floor.

We were warmly greeted and able to park in a dedicated space, which was a bonus in Stratford. We appreciated being able to use this space in the morning after our stay. The room was attractive, clean and comfortable and well-located both for the RSC and the town centre. We enjoyed the cooked breakfast and felt well-looked after.
