Great place to stay,10 minute stroll to town centre. Monika is a fantastic host, made us feel at home and offered us advice on the local attractions, excellent breakfast, and very comfortable room

Friendly and homely. Breakfast super. Great quality bacon and sausage. Coffee delicious. Clean. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again.

Close to everything we wanted to see. Parking was available and free. They had a great brkfast.

No mini fridge (for medical purposes only) whould be great. No milk for tea/ coffee had to go downstairs to obtain from fridge.

Great location. We can walk from the place to Shakespeare's birthplace. Good breakfast. The hosts are very kind

It's difficult to carry large bags up the stairs.

Excellent location to explore Stratford. Very delightful guest house with all mod-cons. Monika and her husband were so genuine and welcoming and we had lots of laughs. Definitely recommend this stay.

The lady who runs the place was super kind and friendly. The service was awesome, everything was clean and the breakfast delicious ☺️

Monika, the owner, was so friendly and professional. We felt really comfortable around her. The bathroom was one of the cleanest I've ever been in. The breakfast and dining room were also lovely. The location was excellent, close to a cute park and town center.

Not Monika's fault, but we visited during a heat wave and the room wasn't air-conditioned, so it was very hot and uncomfortable, even at night. We kept the windows open for ventilation, but that let bugs inside, which was annoying. But again, this wasn't really in the owner's control.
