The Pavilion - Stunning, 4 Bedroom House with Free Parking

Great location for what we needed, good price, very quiet. When booking they were very accommodating for our needs. Only stayed a couple of nights to be close by for my sister's wedding. Free parking on site which was a bonus, contactless check in.

Few bits of damage to the property, not full cutlery and plate sets would have been awkward if we were staying longer. Not enough towels given for the ammount of guests staying. Didn't realise at booking we needed to sign a management plan.

Location good for purpose, well appointed house for 4. Comfortably furnished, well appointed kitchen. Fantastic storage in bedrooms. Tidy garden. Adequate parking

Shortage of pots, pans and crockery if 6 staying. Shortage of loo rolls. No kitchen roll. No hand towel or tea towels in kitchen. Lack of cleaning products for kitchen. Most were empty. No bath mat in ensuite bathroom. Missing light bulbs in a number of rooms.

Area is lovely and quiet

Lovely house, clean, a little walk from town but fine. Each room was a great size, had a nice garden too.

Ah, it was almost perfect, but let down by unresponsiveness. We only get the code for the door 2 hours before our stay and it took 5 days to get the £150 deposit back, after I chased, but never heard back, but just happy we finally got it back as the terms said it would be auto after 2 days.. we also left an item there, I tried calling and emailing but no response, which is a shame as if it wasnt for that it would have been perfect. There were no tea towels or oven gloves, so if cooking with the oven you cant really get anything out of it.

Fantastic, comfortable, clean house with all the facilities you would need. Great location in Wakefield. Host was more than helpful, efficient with details before and helped with an issue if left behind property from my son! The beds are super comfortable.

Nothing loved it all.

Location. Space. Cleanliness.

Not much. A few loose power sockets. Some light bulb need replacing. Bathroom handwash would also be helpful.
