The Pavilion - Stunning, 4 Bedroom House with Free Parking

Clean and tidy house and perfect size for 4 people. Access easy and safe.

No hand-wash at all, so we had to use washing up liquid. Toilet rolls supplies insufficient and no spare rolls were available. The blind in the single back bedroom does not close, so woke up every day at 4.30am. Microwave was tricky to work out without instructions. There's only one spoon for 4 people to have cereal, etc. Not good having to take turns eating, while waiting for the spoon.

Very spacious, modern and has everything you would need to an enjoyable stay. It's in a great location. Well worth the money.

The property was lovely and very clean. It had everything we needed.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the rooms were not setup like in the pictures on booking.com. We thought we were getting 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms, it was 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms. This was fine for us but might not have been for others. Bin bags and hand soap in the bathrooms would have been good.

Location for us was grear

The stove was complicated to use but we figured it out No dishwasher tabs Damp towels when we arrived so we dried them on the rack

The house had 4 bedrooms with a well kept garden and was in a quiet residential area with a small park.It was clean and towels were provided. Parking for 2 cars. Good value. Nearby to a supermarket and other amenities. Overall a good set up.

There were a few maintenance issues. The front door jammed- but was fixed quickly. The smoke alarm battery started beeping at 4am. The downstairs cloaks sink plunger has broken. There didn’t seem to be many kitchen items like enough cutlery or baking trays or scissors. No tea towels or toilet rolls provided. Outside bin was overflowing. This could all be sorted quite easily.
