The property could be lovely but needs some TLC, sofas need cleaning or covering, the dining chairs are falling apart, some painting is needed in places. The washing machine was full of black gunk & the tumble dryer filter was so clogged up I doubt whether it’s ever been cleaned out. The 4 single beds are only suitable for children, the mattresses are very soft. Some of the windows don’t open. There were a lot of cobwebs & there was thick dust behind all the chairs & sofas where they haven’t been moved. There was also no hand soap in the property, I had to go & buy some. The pictures of the property make it look lovely & light but it isn’t, the property is very dark & you need to put the lights on even during the day. There’s what appears to be a dressing table in the main bedroom but no chair or stool, so you can’t use it!

The property was in an excellent location only a short walk to the city centre. The rooms were well furnished and decorated to a high standard. We loved all the original features throughout the property!

The property wasn’t as clean as it could have been. There were a lot of cobwebs and fluff balls on the floor.
