East Street Beach House - luxury living by the sea

We stayed at East Street Beach House this summer with a number of family members. The property is great it's spacious, clean, so well equipped, comfortable a real home away from home. The garden is lovely and the views from the bedrooms are great. It's so nice to see the sea! Sarah our host was so responsive and helpful and the welcome basket was a nice surprise and most welcome! The location is excellent so close to the beach, a handy couple of shops at the end of the road and just a short stroll to the high street but tucked away enough it's peaceful at night. The parking for 2 cars that's easy to access is also a great bonus and not always easy to find! We loved it so much we re-booked straight away for next year!

The house was just perfect - it had gorgeous views, especially the master bedroom at the top floor, where we liked peering at the ships sailing by in the ocean. We even got perfect views of two grand parades with huge marching bands going by the house on two of the evenings. It was fantastic that the house had everything we needed - stair gates for our two year old, even a little potty for her, plenty of dishes and pots, etc. The hosts were supper responsive to any questions we had, and everything was both clean and beautifully decorated. We also appreciated the outdoor garden for the kids, and how close it was to a wonderful sandy beach with a playground, running trails, a cool museum about old buses, and a sunset over the waters every evening. Highly recommend!

Just a few minutes walk to a very family friendly beach. The house was spacious and well equipped. The fresh food package was a lovely surprise and much appreciated.

The location was perfect for two families with small children. Right near the beach and funfare. It was easy to find and access was straightforward

The garden was a bit overgrown and the grass needed cutting.

We liked everything in the house starting from the location, which is absolutely perfect (very close to the beach and ports), and finishing the details in the interior, which made the house cosy and exclusively charming. The view from the bedroom on the top floor is fantastic. The house is equipped with absolutely everything needed for comfortable staying, and we lacked nothing. Thank you for the treats that were left for us. And thank you for quick responding and understanding the situation. We are deeply grateful for a memorable stay in this wonderful house. We can't wait to return.
