No43: Versatile 4BR coastal home with summer house

Fabulous location and very spacious

Steps down to the kitchen were a bit precarious.

Darren was an excellent host and can be easily reached. The facilities were wonderful with generous space.

We had an issue with parking. Parking was a challenge, and most of the streets in the area are residential parking only.

Location, lots of space within the house, a choice of several bedrooms and bathrooms, outdoor back garden facilities available. House well equipped

Only downside was parking, but luckily always managed to get a spot - improved my parallel parking!!

The house was beautiful clean and warm . A nice touch was the groceries, I would not hesitate to recommend this hoilday home.

The parking was a problem first night I parked right outside the house after that parking went down hill, I found myself worrying about getting back from a day out and trying to find a space. I did get a ticket for parking a couple of streets away I didn't notice it was residents parking only which was my fault.

Lovely property which had everything we needed. Great size bedrooms and lounge area.

Parking was sometimes tricky as no spaces available on the road.

Nice big house , and the host very nice and helpful on anything necessary. I'll Definitely come back on any other opportunity.

Five minutes from Cowes ferry terminal, cross river via chain ferry. The house is also 5 -10 minutes walk to highstreet, bars shops resturants House is clean and spacious, along with a welcoming pack, shower gel shampoo towels provided 4 bedrooms the beds are comfortable we went as adult siblings, with 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms. we all had our own wash facilities. Great location. It's easy to get around the island by car, accessible public transport if required bus stop at end of street. When booking holiday, we were contacted by house owners, who booked a discounted ferry crossing.Which was a lovely start to vacation. We spent 6 days on the IOW, making lots of lovely family memories.
