No43: Versatile 4BR coastal home with summer house

A super well thought out property. Clean, tidy and with many extra touches.

The only thing which could be a slight issue is the parking but we always managed to find a space within a short walking distance

The location was perfect - short walk from the main town and and only short car journeys to the destinations we wanted to visit. The house was so comfortable and we sat in the garden most evenings and mornings

Parking could be a minor issue but not something that would change our opinion of the home

Very sensibly furnished. Loved the welcome items…butter, bread, milk, wine, etc. the bedsheets and towels were pristine. Rooms and bathrooms were all clean and well equipped. Kitchen had all the glasses you could possibly need.

Parking is a challenge if you have a big car. We had to drive around the block a couple of times

The location and facilites were excellent.

The parking could have been an issue. Fortunately, we managed to have the parking in the street most of the time.

nothing it was perfect

We found the property listing in August 2022 so booked it well ahead of time. We needed facilities for 6 adults with storage for 5 bikes while we were there. It was perfect! The location was also really good being close to the floating bridge and within 10 mins of the Red Funnel ferry. It was spotlessly clean and the hosts were really easy to deal with. There was a bonus of food and wine when we arrived! They also managed to get us a discounted ferry ticket for the car. We would definitely book here again.

Nothing. It exceeded our expectations. The hosts provided a way of reporting any minor issues we had and were within easy reach if we'd had any big issues.
