No43: Versatile 4BR coastal home with summer house

The property is so well equipped with loads of really nice touches including a welcome pack, fresh flowers, good toiletries and a well stocked kitchen. The garden is a sun trap when the sun shines and there is a garden house with good seating, tv and a fridge to provide a den for the kids or somewhere for the adults to get a bit of sanctuary! The location is superb with all the town facilities within a 5 minute walk or so and a bus stop to Newport (and places beyond) a minute away around the corner. We are looking to return soon.

Not aware of the steps down to the ground floor bathroom and steps in to kitchen.

The house was lovely and the owners were very helpful.

There wasn't anything we didn't like but parking was very difficult.

Great location

Hit but that was mostly the weather

The summer house provided an additional space for kids to play, and grown-ups also enjoyed drinking morning coffee there. We were welcomed by welcome items such as bread, egg, butter, milk, flower, etc. The drying shed was a good place to dry wet swimming costumes. The cosy lounge with a smart TV with options to log in Netflix account. BBQ set with complementary charcoals was available, although we didn't use it. Only a few minutes walk to the high street with shops and restaurants. 3 bathrooms with a shower or a bath. Received discount for ferry bookings (Red Funnels). Plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and cuttleries.
