"HORRID HOST AND CARAVAN"

the hole situation was a joke and just not normal. I would be very very careful booking with these.. They have friends and family stay there as well as they said in a message they sent to me so wont shock me if them reviews are even from regular clients like myself.

when i got to this caravan it was dirty. The sofa had too many stains on it. the pots and pans couldn't be used nor could the spoons etc.. the hole place was horrid.. when i messaged the owners they ignored it all. firstly they replied with (Hi there, i sorry to hear your not entirely happy with a few things. Unfortunately we do not have cleaners that come out and we live and hour and a half away in London) they then went on to say that they do have a cleaner and that they have NEVER had a bad review before. if u go and do what i did not do and really look for their bad reviews u will see i am not the only one who went through this issue.. me and my 2 year old BABY was left with flea bite marks all over our body we had to leave due to all this and the condition. i paid £230 may i add. The way the host handle the situation is vile and not okay or normal if i am honest. They threatened with me a Lawyer may i add one that never called me or emailed me or sent a letter. they just wanted to scare me. i am a 27year old single women just wanting to see my family one last time before they moved away. but our stay was cut very very short due to this, The host have been replying to my reviews calling me a Lier and all sorts and saying that there reviews are enough to not give anyone who has an issue an refund. the treatment is just shocking i have had to take this further and will continue to do so. They have NO PROOF that what i am saying is not true, even with my evidence they are still trying to say i am lying. i have added pictures so prove the real condition this place is actually in. I am not the only person who has requested a refund for the same situations and been declined but it took me a while to find these reviews due to them hiding them and only showing the good ones.. The way they have handled this is SHOCKING to say the least. I only wanted half a refund for the time we did not stay here but they are Cleary hungry for money

Some lovely surrounding beaches to visit The laundrette and shop was handy.caravan was nice.

Been opposite a noisy club wasn't great..Site needs some serious updating.romney itself is a tad run down.

Service was very slow but lovely once served.

Couldn’t get wi fi in the van at all, the key box is really high , had to get help to put keys back in box. Down side to being short lol
