GBLovely big comfy house, beautifully decorated. Hot tub was spacious and relaxing. 15/20 minute walk to the shambles, with frequent buses right outside. Bed were comfortable and cosy.

The sofas were slightly uncomfortable but other than that everything was great !
GBLoved the location. Only a short walk to the city centre but a nice quiet safe street. Off street parking was a real bonus.
Could do with some more cutlery but that's all really.

Only think is we would have loved an outside light for the hot tub in the evening. Was very dark getting out there

Needs some maintenance attention, hot tub was cold when we arrived and couldn't be used until the next day and still wasn't that hot, no information on how to operate.
GBGBGBLocation, Hot tub, 2 large bath towels each, freezer with ice already in it, well equipped. Handy for Asda and Costa, free parking. Plenty of seating in the lounge.
settee springs are starting to become uncomfortable. would be nice to have access to music e.g. a radio would do. Plastic glasses to take into the garden. Matching set of cutlery.
