GBLiked the hot tub and location. Rooms and bed were comfortable.
Nothing to dislike. The bushes in the back garden could do with a trim as it makes the place look less cared for. Also there weren't any tea towels to dry dishes
GBGBNot enough cutlery for how many people the property held. Lots of cobwebs in corners of room and light shades. Water leak in kitchen which we had to mop up and report.
GBWe came for my mums 60th there was 4 of us! It was very spacious the beds were so comfy! The electric shower and water pressure was a bit temperamental but for two nights we couldnt complain. It was so close to york centre and a nice walk about 15 minute walk which is perfect on a nice day! It had everything we needed as we went for a relaxing stay and spent most of our time in the air bnb and the hot tub was great!

GBReally clean and homely and the beds were so comfortable. Location was Amazing literally 8-10 min walk into York centre . Parking at the house was great we brought 2 cars .

Dirty , smelly , full of dust , hot tub smelt like rotten eggs , spiders in kitchen pans , silverfish in bath , wet marks on bedroom ceiling from leeks that made room smell , floors uneven , above front door full of damp so on entering property it stunk , save your money and don’t stay here. It will only let me uploads 4 images I have a lot more of this awful place.
GBThe cooker was excellent we used it every day and the meals were cooked to perfection the hot tub was wonderful it was also used every day
The first time I used the shower it was very simple to use the next time I went to use it it didn’t seem to heat up so didn’t use it , we didn’t use the washing machine , I didn’t have drawers in my room so I used a drawer in the room with singles , I couldn’t get to sleep one night as from my bed I could hear rumbling thinking it was someone trying to break in through the back door I got up and asked my girls if they had heard the noise we then all came to the conclusion that it was traffic outside I didn’t hear anything the first night Ss I was exhausted and fell asleep straight away in my comfy bed !
GBGreat location and parking, very comfy beds , heating on when we arrived so house nice and warm, good size hottub ready to use from arrival. Good sized bedrooms and nice dining room where we sat and played cards. Overall clean and well equipped and communication was useful before.
The lack of a back gate meant we couldn't let our dog off the lead and also we felt quite vulnerable in the hot tub at night as anyone could walk into the garden. Lack of privacy when getting in and out of hot tub as need to use door on side of house . Settees in the front room are cramped, uncomfortable and need a good hoover so we didn't use that room. You need to step into bath to use the shower and no grab rails to hold means it could be difficult for those with mobility issues.
