GBIt was very close to the town centre, just a 10 minute walk. The hot tub was great and the amount of beds were perfect.
The bathroom: The shower wasn’t powerful and it was scalding hot then freezing cold. There is a step to get into the bath which is really high when you’re stepping down so it’s quite dangerous. The living room: The Tv kept losing signal.

Everything else!! The master bed was broken! Outside was trashed! Litter and broken glass everywhere! Mold in the house! Stank of urine! It is very tired and run down and not luxurious!! Very bad customer service!! No gate to stop dogs from leaving the property gardens and a hole at the back of the garden where they can escape!! And they will charge you a ridiculous amount for this ‘luxury’ of it being pet friendly! … Holes in walls and just a generally tired property!! Not worth as much as they charge! And they don’t care about that either!!! Hot tub was full of scum when the keys turned on which suggests bad hygiene!! Non of this was recognised when I complained!! The day I arrived or the day I left!!! Never had this in my life!!!

The bath and shower isn’t too user friendly if you have any mobility issues . One of the bins was over flowing with rubbish
GBLocation, an easy walk into York and all the attractions. Lots of nearby shops too.
Rooms were smaller than the photos suggested. It would have been good to have info on operating the oven, putting bins out etc. Getting to the hot tub lacked privacy

No where outside to dry washing. Bathroom could be doing with an extractor fan to help with damp smell.
