This house was absolutely spotless and had an incredible, unique atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at home. It’s rare to find a place that is so clean yet feels so warm and welcoming. Truly a wonderful experience!

"Fab little place"

Loverly cottage in a fab little village with good amenities. Kitchen was easy to use and it was a very sweet cottage that really worked for my family. (we went with 2 boys who are 3 and 5, my parents 71 and 77 and my self and my partner who are 35 to 40 year olds.) my boys loved it and have already asked to go back ! Near lots of national trust and English Heritage properties and a loverly forestry England site nearby

It is a quaint, charming English cottage! Location was good for our needs. Communication and welcome was very nice and the hosts were communicative. It is small & cozy, with steep steps. Worked well for us as 4 adults.

Quaint, quirky and comfortable. In the middle of Cobham village, so great for the local facilities. Excellent village shop. Very responsive and helpful owners.

A fairly busy main road at peak times. Stairs were quite steep and narrow, and a bit challenging with suit cases.
