107 Nunnery Lane - a House of York holiday home

We were kept well informed of what to expect with respect of parking and access prior to our trip. The property itself has everything you could possibly need during your stay and was just a short walking distance from the centre.

The location was perfect for everything. The parking wasn’t easy as car parks recommended were full, but a local told us to park in the racecourse. That was good, dropped bags off, went and parked.

Loved the location, the layout of property was perfect, lovely kitchen/dinner and cinema room. It also felt safe and cosy. Ten min walk to centre and train station. Located on a lovely street with lovely food places and bars. Would definitely return. Host was very helpful.

Very clean, very spacious and light. Lots of books and games. Kitchen had everything you needed. Lots of info and help given re check in, activities in York, local places to eat, shops etc.

Bath difficult to get in and out of and quire uncomfortable to be in. Shower door very difficult to open from the inside. Beds a little hard.

Very well thought out and put-together three bedroom property with plenty of space for a family. Very conveniently located a short walk from the middle of York and with a good range of shops, restaurants and cafes within 90 seconds walk. I would absolutely stay here again.

This is a really good quality property so not much not to like. Parking is a few minutes away but the owners are very upfront about that. Having only one toilet located in the bathroom takes a little getting used to but that’s a minor quibble.

Location is great, short walk to centre of city and all sights. House is comfortable. Log burner a bonus.

Some areas of the house were a bit cold but we were experiencing a particularly cold snap.
