Joanne saved our break after we were let down by another company. We booked last minute (10 mins before we arrived at the property) and it was a fabulous little life saver! Only a ten minute walk to town and spotlessly clean, Joanne was so kind and helpful and turned a disaster into a lovely stay!

"Whitby weekend"

Easy to find. Good directions. Nicely decorated and comfortable rooms.

No instructions for oven. One member of the group would have preferred a blind at the bathroom window as it didn't feel very private.

Ideal location. Very clean and very nicely decorated. Easy booking and easy key access.

Bigger single beds would be beneficial. Also, to have more than 1 toilet roll.
