The Lodge

It’s very comfortable & clean with a good sized bed & nice bedding. Home from home. Coltishall pubs are great & within walking distance.Indian takeaway is great too.

There’s road noise but that’s beyond the control of the property. Electric charge point would be useful.

What a superb bungalow. Excellent layout and facilities. Coltishall had everything we needed and the Lodge is ideally located. The welcome pack was a bonus.

The property is a nice space, fairly modern. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The toilet was clean too. The busy road was not loud at all, did not bother us. Was close driving distance into Norwich town centre and lovely walks too. Lovely welcome cookies on arrival, thank you.

We had a lot of issues with the TV and the WIFI. Since we arrived to the property, it kept glitching and even live tv didn’t want to work- when I messaged the host she claimed it was because of the weather, but it was like that throughout our stay even when the sun was out. I reset the WIFI router and still nothing changed. Would be nice if there was a dvd player perhaps, when the tv isn’t working it would have been a nice alternative. The sponge to clean dishes was dirty when we arrived, would’ve been nice to be given a new one. The oven was very filthy and I felt really gross using it. I gave the grills a bit of a clean myself, but shouldn’t have to clean other people’s mess. I’ve attached pictures. The outdoor table had old bird poo and mould all over it. It would’ve been nice to have used when the sun was out, but because it wasn’t cleaned we didn’t make use of it.

Good communication with the owner, and as always I loved the touch with the cookies and bottle of perseco

Came away for the weekend and was a very much relaxing time away. Beautiful hope with everything we needed. Was lovely touch to have a bottle of Prosecco and cookies. Would deffo come back again!
