"Hidden Gem"

The place is beautiful, especially if you have children. There's the 🐔 🐢 🐄 🫏 🐑 🐐 and 🦆, which can be hand fed (not the 🐄) and lots of wild 🐇 and birds🐦 too. The pub down the road The Brewery Inn does amazing food and really reasonable in price.

Not a lot!!! Single bed mattresses could do with a bit of an upgrade, but we managed. FANTASTIC PLACE!!!!!

The master bed mattress wasn’t very supportive. Fine for a couple of nights though.

The setting is great, with fabulous views. Our stay was extremely peaceful and we felt welcomed by everyone we met. The opportunity to feed the lambs and chickens, and meet the other animals was a lovely bonus. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The shared play area was just what our little one needed, especially the trampoline!

There wasn't anything to dislike. Wish we'd had a longer visit.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunrise Lodge. The lodge was beautiful, cosy, very clean and surrounded by such peaceful countryside views. The atmosphere was so relaxing and perfect for a little getaway. We especially loved being around the animals — feeding the sheep and meeting the donkey made the experience extra special and unforgettable. Everything was well looked after and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived.

Honestly, there was very little not to like. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
