The Old Pump House

Location, comfortable, warm, more than adequate for our 2 night stay.

Had to call to obtain the key code even after arranging an earlier check in. Not a major problem but expected the portal to be updated. The low bed was troublesome for me as my mobility is limited. Small detail, there were no terrestrial tv stations and no signal could be obtained.

The house is well equipped for a family stay, comfortable, clean and close to Tenby

I was a bit sad that the bath couldnt be used (plug doesnt fully seal and water drains out when you try and fill it) A few more useful items could be good- more plastic bags (only left 1) maybe a few tea towels, a few tea bags. This is niggling though as we had a very good stay overall but i think future guests would appreciate this.

Nice and comfortable house, lots of amenities available. Great and handy to have a stairgate and a toddler bed guard for our little one!

Location is great - very close to Tenby. The upstairs of the property is significantly better than downstairs. Beds are comfortable, but rather low down. Kitchen well equipped with most cooking implements one would need. Dishwasher tablets were supplied. Parking spaces are great and close although the number '1' couldn't be seen clearly due to the condition of fence.

There was lots of long black hair caught in the shower and the plug of the en suite - disgusting. Not what one expects to find and have to clean upon arrival. The downstairs is very tired and evidently fitted 15-20 years ago. The sofa was far past its best with no support. Obvious, poor filler work on the wall behind the TV - why not sand it back? Damp marks on ceiling. Kick board had fallen down in kitchen upon arrival. I reattached but it's not very secure. Many of the lights didn't work - for example, there were strip lights above the TV. Only 3 of 4 bulbs were present and only 1 of those worked! Several LED spots burnt out. The blind in the lounge had been tied-up by a lunatic; I eventually managed to untie it all, but it appears that it had been like that for a long time due to the amount of dust. Lots of scuffs on the walls where paintwork has come off or untidy finish to woodwork. (Upstairs and downstairs) Two plant pots with weeds at either side of the door... Outdoor seating area very tired; the fence needed staining years ago. There's also lots of weeds everywhere. I found the refundable £250 quite a joke judging by the above issues.

Good location just outside Tenby with a walk through the holiday park to the beach

It was not clear from the description of the property that the garden space was only accessible externally from the property which was not great for the dogs. The garden space was also not as per the photo with different furniture that lacked appeal. The windows were difficult to open and the blind in the lounge could be closed at night.

Beautiful house, very clean. It's really comfortable and well stocked with kitchen equipment, towels and bedding. It's not too far from Tenby Centre. Great communication from Pillow Pals and booking.com

Extractor fan in ensuite bathroom not working, but after contacting Pillow Pals, I was assured it would be looked at. There are no instructions on how to open the Velux windows. Would have been nice to have a small BBQ supplied outside.
