Well thought out conversion of building; comfortable and mostly well equipped; convenient for walk into Tenby

We were not warned about security deposit before booking, process was awkward, although quickly refunded; no tea towels, or coffee making facilities; lock box arrangements had changed, managing company had not picked up on this; recycling needs more information; regular reminders from managing company, but no real sense of welcome for what was a holiday for us.

perfect location, clean inside, fresh bedding and towels. parking is right outside the door. beautiful area, plenty of clothes storage, amazing shower. Cupboards are full of pots pans and anything you could ever need.

outdoor area isn't private from the path and we had a few kids shouting in when we were sat there, it wasnt nice for my little one. the lighting didn't work either so we couldn't stay out there past 7/8 once the sun went round the other side of the house. There was a crack in the side of the bath which my son caught his leg on, just small things that could do with some fixing up like the blinds not working also. the plug in the bath doesn't work so the water doesn't stay in. I think it just needs a little TLC, especially for the amount paid.

Located on the outskirts of Tenby a short drive from the centre. Walks very nearby too on footpaths by the marshes.

Good location, layout and size.

Very cheap poor quality double bed (more like a futon) on which slats are broken and/or loose on one side The advert says Kitchen basics - all there is is salt, pepper and vinegar - there isn’t even any oil - I don’t believe salt, pepper and vinegar constitute kitchen basics There are coffee, tea and sugar jars which contain one tea bag, no coffee and a little bit of disgusting looking sugar (see photo) No soap in the downstairs toilet Bulbs not working in bedside lamp and no spare bulbs anywhere Chipped dinner plates which were in the cupboard although they hadn’t been cleaned properly (see photo). The heating control panel is on the blink The kitchen extractor hood leaks when you have a shower in the en suite bathroom. Water and electrics are not a great mix. I see on booking.com this was reported in July 2023. Not good that nothing has been done about it. Garden is not in great shape and not accessible directly. Also, £100 cleaning fee? That is very high when the place wasn’t particularly clean, we had to clean all dishes before use so I’m not sure what I paid £100 for. Just wanted to let you know when you’ve paid upfront £336 for 2 nights in a small accommodation I would expect it to be lovely, and it isn’t. It really needs to maintenance and TLC. I would definitely not recommend this place unless standards are improved.
