Perfect location and very well appointed, including fresh cut flowers!

There’s nothing we didn’t like. It is small but very charming.

Location great easy walk into town

Directions as to how to find the cottage. It took ages to find it.

Very clean with great parking a minutes walk to the beach 💕

Radiator in bathroom to close to the toilet, very hot when sat down burnet knee 😔. No extraction for the cooker and kitchen window stuck shut

- Location was great, tucked away but just a few steps to the beachfront - on site parking super (directions provided even better and absolutely necessary) - the cottage provided everything you would need for a few days away - Lovely goodie bag with local products and milk in the fridge for a cup of tea on arrival was a delight. Very thoughtful gesture - short walk to the historical Town Mill which is well worth a visit

- a single toilet roll provided is a disappointing cost saver - the house opposite (and looking over the courtyard of the cottage) had an external light on which was extremely bright and stayed on all night, every night

Really fantastic location just behind the fossil shop on bridge street. 1 minute walk to the seafront. Dedicated parking round the back which was really handy given how busy Lyme was. The cottage is really well furnished with everything you need for cooking etc.

Everything you need in one small cottage

Spotlessly clean and well appointed cottage. Really good facilities and little extra touches like clean white towels, a wonderful welcome hamper, good TV, alexa's. Comfy and Cosy. Fantastic location near beach and town.

Nothing that we didn't like. Only thing is the double bed has a good quality mattress but we found it was very firm. This isn't a complaint - it is more a personal preference issue as I prefer a softer mattress as have old sore hips!
