Furlong Cottage @ Higher Stancombe Farm

Laura met us on arrival and directed us to the cottage. The cottage is immaculate and ideal for two people. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is clean with a lovely shower. The bed is super comfortable.

What a lovely place to stay! This cottage screams comfort and going from home to home. From the clean towels and beautiful bedding, I could’ve stayed for longer!

Nothing, but would have been helpful to have some hooks to hang coats and towels but everything else was perfect. Thank you Laura.

We loved the relaxed cosiness and the styling. The quiet and the cleanliness it was all perfect.

Location was wonderful, along narrow Devon lanes and a stand alone property. Interior decor is excellent and everything you need is there, plus lots of extra little touches.

The only thing missing, was some coat hooks to hang up your outerwear, everything else is first class.

It was a very peaceful location.

I didn’t like driving the lanes to get to the property.

The entire property was a joy to behold, perfectly sized, immaculately maintained and comfortably furnished without being overly fussy. And (spoiler alert!) little surprises like the coffee pods and bottle of milk were especially appreciated.

Couldn't find the tack box or bridle rack. That was a joke, btw :)))
