"Overall excellent stay would tecommend"

Location perfect for exploring the town, quiet area. Nice outside space.

Could have left a few more essentials e.g washing machine but no washing pods, limited tea bags, coffee sachet only and no milk there for tea or coffee.

"Enjoyable few days and would definitely recommend."

Beautifully finished and furnished property. About 10-15 mins walk from city centre but near to cafes, pubs and restaurants. Nice quiet area. Very comfortable beds and very modern decor on house with lovely subtract courtyard garden. Hosts very helpful.

Lovely terraced house in an ideal location for exploring Lincoln and surrounding area. Good free parking in street. House had everything needed for a comfortable stay . Said staff friendly as hosts were available for contact if needed but we didn’t need them.

"Superb property and location !"

Excellent communication with the owners before arrival and throughout our stay. Super ,easy check-in . We managed to park right outside the property. ( Free ) Archies, cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. Lovely modern decor ,comfortable beds,plenty of storage and a nice patio area,to enjoy a coffee in the morning and glass of wine in the evening. A welcome pack and a bottle of milk was very much appreciated too. Ideally situated 5 minutes walk from the historical part of Lincolns Bailgate and Cathedral Quarter and steep hill. Plenty of good restaurants and bars near by and lovely independent shops. We will definitely be booking again ! Highly recommend. Perfect location. Thank you Chris and Sue.

"Superb"

Very comfortable on a quiet one way street. Well equipped house with most things you would want. Good communication from the owner with simple to follow instructions for entering and vacating the property. Great location within easy walking distance from the city centre. Very close to the Cathedral, Castle, Museum of Lincolnshire Life, etc.

Nothing, the property was excellent.
