We liked everything. Would have preferred a later check out time. Some hand gel in bathroom would have been useful

"Perfect for visiting the glorious city of Lincoln"

Perfect location for Lincoln. Absolutely spotless, two big double bedrooms would highly recommend.

Parking was a problem, when we went out and returned. However, if you are just visiting Lincoln, once you park that’s it, no more worry.

"HOME FROM HOME!"

Fantasticly well kept, lovely and cosy cottage! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we come back to Lincoln. 2 adults on our stay but easily sleep 2 couples or a family with plenty of room for everyone. Great location and easy walk into town!

I think that a small step at the bottom of the stairs might be a good addition, the spring on the stairs door was a little stiff and could do with a little tension being taken off.

"Two nights in Lincoln"

We wanted to stay in Lincoln for a couple of nights to see the castle and cathedral. I also wanted a place to park up and forget about driving. This place was perfect for that. Check-in was 4 pm, but we arrived at 3:30 and managed to park on the road directly outside the cottage with no problem. The cottage was clean with everything we needed for our stay. It was 10-15 minutes to the cathedral and castle, which was perfect. Also, we were at the top end of Steep Hill, which lived up to its name. The cottage had a lot of information on where to visit, eat and drink. Also, the cookies were a nice touch. The cottage was also very quiet in the evening for a good night's sleep. Chris kept in touch during our stay to make sure we were happy with everything and a quick message when we returned home. We would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend the cottage to anyone wishing to visit Lincoln.
