Very comfortable, good standard in fittings, well maintained. Lovely comfy beds and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. It is a perfect location for all of Lincoln.

I did not find anything that I did not like. Please maintain this standard and you will have lots of satisfied customers.

The location is close to the city centre, where you can access local shops, museums, the castle, the cathedral, cafes, and restaurants. The house has on road parking and a secure outhouse, which was great for our bikes. The back garden is a good spot for sitting outside listening to the cathedral bells..
