Everything!! Was extremely comfortable and everything was easy to do. Eg heating. Is in excellent location and no issues with parking car outside property. The cleanliness was outstanding.

The towels in front bedroom felt slightly damp so I used towels from back bedroom. Would strongly suggest that a mat is provided for shower because I was concerned about slipping

"Superb little place"

Great place, spotlessly clean, in superb location. Like a home from home. Everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable, and great owners who are regularly checking everything is OK. Will definitely stay here next time we're in Lincoln.

We liked everything. The only downside was a slight problem with the electricity tripping a few times and a light working intermittently but it didn't spoil our stay, just a slight inconvenience.
