"Not as expected"

Easy access Kitchen was reasonable and quite well equipped Good dining/living area

I don’t think it’s appropriate to call this a 3 bedroom. The third is more like a dressing room accessed via the second bedroom and offers no privacy. Maybe Ok for a family but not colleagues. Parking is not as described. Parking is restricted 8.30am-6.30pm Mon to Sat (ie heavily!) and there is only 1 permit. Fine if you have only 1 car but not for us. Parking enforcement officer seen waiting at 8.20am. Could hear neighbours arguing late at night

"Superb"

Extremely clean and well presented terrace house close to city centre. Excellent value and ideal for exploring Lincoln if your budget is important to you. Super kitchen facilities- everything you need to cook a meal, just like you would at home . Ideal location for Marriotts Way and an onwards journey to the coast of N.Norfolk. Internet good. Excellent communication with owner and we appreciated being notified of an early availability.

"Great Value Week in Good Location for City Centre and Local Facilities"

Cracking terrace house within 15 min walk of City Centre and very close to Tesco Express, pubs, takeaways and other shops. Dishwasher and washing machine made stay very easy and practical. Parking permit supplied and we had no problem getting a space in the road every day. Great value for a weeks stay working around our Daughter's graduation from UEA.

Need some better non-stick frying pans and saucepans. It took some cleaning to get them back to how they should be.

Nicely done out inside Great to have a dishwasher Very clean

Didn’t realise bathroom was downstairs through kitchen Location very poor. Drunk people by our front door on arrival at 6.00pm. Noisy area - dog barking and people out late at night,
