"first class accomodation"

purves cottage is an exceptionally comfortable and spacious place to stay. huge bathroom with lots of hot water. great bath and powerful walk in shower. kitchen is well equipped with good quality pans crockery and cutlery. we especially enjoyed the large dinning table and chairs . the lounge furniture and beds were extremely comfortable.

Everything was just perfect...location, dog friendly, clean and cosy with an excellent village pub !! Lots of walks locally

There was nothing to dislike..it was just the perfect getaway for my birthday weekend

Clean , excellent facilities , fabulous bathroom , comfortable and open fires and dog friendly . Beth good local pub for food with gorgeous views out the back - good easy walks everywhere especially for an older dog

There was nothing we didn’t like but could we suggest dimmers for the lights in the bathroom

"Lovely and cozy cottage with all amenities!"

We had a wonderful stay at Purves Cottage! Our kids loved playing all the games and running around in the back garden. We enjoyed the beautiful, large kitchen and the fireplaces. Sally was very responsive and went above and beyond leaving a very nice welcome basket upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again!

"Lovely property in a peaceful village with access to amazing beaches."

Fantastic Property, couldn’t fault any of it, lovely history to the property of what it was prior going back in time but ultramodern and very comfortable and dog friendly.

Absolutely nothing and tried to book it for June but fully booked and we are not surprised.

"Beautiful cottage"

Beautiful cottage. Great communication with hosts who went above and beyond with extras including some groceries and complimentary bottle of wine. Great location in the countryside but very close to coast and surrounding villages. Lots of places to visit.
